Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and there is no restocking fee. Please note that we do not accept returns for final sale items.

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Final sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to:

  1. Initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
